The project scope for UEE consisted of the design, manufacture and commissioning of the turbine/generator protection and control system, plc based droop/isochronous governor controllers, and auxiliary equipment control and monitoring for three – 8MW Francis type turbine units.
The engineering package included complete drawings, testing and commissioning plans, quality assurance documentation, production testing reports, operations and maintenance manuals, installation cable and interconnection schedules.
Site services included all equipment testing, protection verification testing, and control system verification testing. UEE provided operator training and configuration of the remote monitoring and control station.
